Tasks & responsibilities

Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
Rostering, training and supervision of restaurant staff.
Maintaining safe, hygienic food handling practices and cleanliness in line with Food Safety standards.
Ability to communicate between floor and kitchen staff to ensure high levels of team performance and to ensure customer service is a priority.
Possess knowledge of menu items including their ingredients, preparation and dietary requirements.
Ordering, receiving and accounting for supplies and deliveries.
Processing payments and customer receipts, end of day cash ups and weekly cash and performance reporting.

Qualifications & experience

Minimum of 1-2 years experience working as a Restaurant Manager. All other experience is a bonus.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Evidence of required food safety training.
