Electrician

We are looking for an experienced electrician to join our growing family Electrical, Solar and Split System Air Conditioning business. 

 

About us 

WAPOW Electrical Solar and Air Pty Ltd are a growing family company based in the Northern end of the Gold Coast working in both residential and small commercial environments. We are focused on achieving safe and long lasting solutions to match the goals and requirements of our highly valued customers mostly located within the Gold Coast, with some work also South of Brisbane and out to Ipswich. 

Working on a variety of jobs from small domestic requirements to larger renovations or commercial projects, our dedication to quality workmanship means that we now require another quality tradesperson to come on board. If you would enjoy working within a supportive team, with your own apprentice - supervising and contributing to their training, whilst completing a variety of Electrical, split system AC and Solar work, we would love to speak with you. 

We will consider newly licensed electricians wanting to broaden their skills and knowledge. 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service care and good communication skills used to maintain quality customers relationships in both residential and business locations 
• Experience to perform quality electrical installation, maintenance or fault finding work. 
• Jobs include but not limited to smoke alarm checks and installations, renovation work, switchboard upgrade, EV Charger installations, lighting upgrades, all general electrical. 
• Split System Air Conditioning installation and servicing. 
• Solar system installation, relocation and servicing.
• Working in a team and being supportive of your apprentices growth in knowledge 
• Safety conscious at all times.

 

Qualifications

Essential -

• QLD Electrical Mechanical License 
• ARCtick license for split system installations and/or Solar accreditation
• CPR/LVR current
• White Card
• Blue Card working with children highly regarded
