About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Polisher to join our team at Highend Polished Concrete Pty Ltd in Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing high-quality concrete polishing services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare concrete surfaces by grinding, honing and polishing to achieve the desired finish
• Operate specialised concrete polishing equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that arise during the polishing process
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver exceptional results for our clients
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Concrete Polisher, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
• Proficiency in operating concrete polishing equipment such as grinders, honing machines and burnishers
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality consistent results with minimal to no assistance
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform demanding physical work
• A valid driver's licence
