About the role

We are seeking an experienced Filed Service Manager to join our team at CMP CORP PTY LTD' in Nerang, Queensland. As the Filed Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our service department, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary package.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of service technicians to maintain high standards of workmanship
• Implement and monitor processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the service department
• Collaborate with other departments, to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Prepare service and condition assessment reports, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards

What we're looking for

• Significant experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role within the Trades & Services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and manage a team
• Strong trade knowledge and experience within the Mechanical and Electrical industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement process improvements
• Proficient in using service management software and other relevant technologies
• Thorough understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a track record of delivering results
