About the role
Platinum Locksmiths is seeking an experienced Locksmith to join our team in Castle Hill, NSW. As a fulltime Locksmith, you will be responsible for providing top-quality locksmith services to our residential and commercial customers in the local area. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading provider of locksmith services and be part of a customer-focused team.
What you'll be doing
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of residential and commercial locks
- Car key programming (training provided)
- Advising customers on the most appropriate security solutions for their needs
- Providing 24/7 emergency locksmith services (optional)
- Maintaining a fully stocked vehicle with the necessary tools and equipment
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Adhering to all safety and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in locksmithing
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional Locksmith
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge of various lock types
- Access control and alarm knowledge (desirable not essential)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A clean driving record
Requirements
- Fully qualified Locksmith
- Current Australian drivers licence
- White card
- Security Licence
- Currently holds or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
