We're seeking a trade qualified Plumber/Gasfitter to undertake scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair, modification and installation of plumbing fixtures in sheds, buildings and other facilities at our numerous farms, facilities and properties, located around the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. This role offers a diverse range of tasks, giving you a unique opportunity to broaden your expertise and contribute to a dynamic team.

 

About the Role

As a qualified Plumber/Gasfitter you will provide effective plumbing maintenance and repair of Woodlands facilities, properties and farms.  

 

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Experienced qualified Plumber / Gas fitter

• QBCC open plumbing and drainage licence

• Qld provisional gas fitter licence

• Available for on call work on a rostered basis

• Reliable transport and drivers’ licence

 

Key Skills and Competencies

Applicants should demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

• Installing, repairing and maintenance of water, plumbing and gas systems

• Familiar with water treatment facilities (desirable)

• Ability to determine materials, time and cost estimates for plumbing jobs

• Attention to Detail

• Good problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong work ethic

• Ability to operate in a safe working environment and follow WHS requirements

• Reliable transport 

• Time management skills
