As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Sign Fabricator/Installer to join our dynamic team.

Note this role doesn't involve use of computer or designing at all **

Role Overview

As a Sign Fabricator/Installer, you’ll be responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and on-site installation of a wide variety of signs. You’ll work with a range of materials, tools, and machinery to bring our clients’ signage visions to life.

Your attention to detail, hands-on skill, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricating and assembling signs using materials such as vinyl, acrylic, metal, and 3D components
Installing signage on-site at customer locations
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Ensuring quality control during fabrication and installation
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Collaborating with the design and sales teams to deliver excellent client outcomes
Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines
Providing outstanding customer service during installations

Key Requirements

Previous experience in fabrication / construction preferred
Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills
Ability to work with a variety of tools and materials (cutting, welding, painting, and assembly)
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to drive company vehicles
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
