HVAC Technican Team Lead

The Lead HVAC Technician is responsible for overseeing high-quality installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of residential and light-commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. This role acts as the senior field operator, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior technicians, ensuring compliant work, and representing PBM with professionalism on every job.

This position is ideal for a highly skilled tradesman who takes pride in workmanship, communicates well with clients, and wants to grow into a senior leadership or operations role.You’ll guide apprentices, influence how our systems operate, and help lift the standard of HVAC service in NSW.
