We’re supporting several established joinery workshops across Sydney and are looking for reliable CNC Operators who enjoy focused, detailed work in a well-organised environment.

✨ What You’ll Do

Operate CNC machinery to produce precise joinery components
Follow clear drawings and job sheets
Set tools, load programs, and adjust machine settings
Maintain consistent quality throughout each run
Keep your workspace organised and support the workshop team when required

✨ What You Bring

Experience operating CNC machines (joinery or cabinetry preferred)
Ability to read drawings and measure accurately
Steady, detail-oriented approach to work
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Experience with Biesse / Homag / SCM machines is highly valued
