A Role with Purpose — Educator | Brookvale

We’re searching for a passionate Educator to join our welcoming team at Brookvale.
If you light up watching children discover something new, value real relationships, and want to work somewhere that genuinely feels like home — we’d love to meet you.
In this role, you’ll support both children and fellow educators while upholding high-quality practices in line with the National Quality Standards (NQS). With our continued growth, you’ll also have plenty of room for professional development and career progression.

About the Service

• 68-place centre for ages 6 weeks to 6 years

• Four beautiful rooms, with two outdoor areas

• Communication with families made easy through the Owna platform

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, engaging and secure learning environment

• Supervise children with care and attentiveness

• Build genuine relationships with families, children and your team

• Contribute ideas and help the service continue to grow

What You’ll Bring

• Casual and Full time positions available

• Certificate III or Diploma in ECEC (ACECQA approved)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

• Paid WWCC and Child Protection certificate

• Safe Sleep & Food Safety (bonus but not essential)

• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
