No previous automotive experience is required. Full training will be provided.

THE ROLE

As an Estimating & Administration Assistant, you will support both our estimating and front office functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Greeting customers professionally upon vehicle drop off
· Walking around vehicles with customers and discussing visible damage
· Taking detailed photos and accurately capturing vehicle damage
· Recording vehicle and claim information with precision
· Assisting estimators with systems, platforms and documentation
· Preparing vehicles for collection and handing them back to customers
· Supporting workflow within a structured production environment

This is a customer-facing position. You will often be the first and last impression of our business.

Confidence, professionalism and attention to detail are essential.
