Established 25 years ago, Boss Gardenscapes is a leading family-run boutique landscape design, construction and maintenance company based in Brisbane. Consistently winning and recognised in the Landscape Queensland residential awards, the quality of our projects speak for themselves. Several of Boss’ non-Director staff have been with the business for many years – some more than a decade. 

Due to continued growth, an opportunity now exists with Boss for a full-time Structural Landscaper.

The Opportunity

 

Working as part of a close-knit landscaping team who have more than 25 years of combined landscaping experience, you’ll be responsible for the construction of Brisbane’s finest residential gardens. 

Responsibilities include:

• Measuring/surveying sites

• Drainage

• Concreting

• Decking

• Paving

• Stonework

• Fencing

• Turfing

• Planting

• Irrigation

• Lighting Installation

• 
  

About You

Must have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Structural Landscaper

• Current drivers licence and your own transport

• Full working rights in Australia

• Physical fitness & the ability to perform manual labour tasks

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
