Ocean Blue Metal Roofing is a family-owned, award-winning company servicing the Northern Rivers and Southern Gold Coast. We handle everything from real estate and strata repairs to high-end residential and builder projects — and we’re looking for an experienced Roof Plumber who takes real pride in their work.

About the Role

You’ll be our newest roofer to the team and responsible for:

Installing and finishing metal roofs, gutters, flashings, downpipes and fascia to a high standard.
Handling real estate, strata, and insurance maintenance – repairs and replacements
Undertaking larger installs with the team from new builds to roof replacements.

Most of your work will be an ever-changing mix of service work, maintenance and repairs, roof replacements, and new builds — and as we grow, we’ll deliberately shape your role around the type of work you enjoy most.

We generally always work in teams so you will always have another team member with you to support you.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after an all-round A-grade Roof Plumber who brings skill, pride, and a great attitude.
You’ll tick most (or all) of these boxes:

Roof Plumber with 5 years' experience
Solid experience across either reroofs, new builds or maintenance work.
Pride in neat, precise, and tidy workmanship.
Efficient and well-organised, with confidence managing timeframes.
Comfortable using technology and job-management tools to improve efficiency.
Commitment to safe work practices.
Customer-focused, with clear, professional communication skills.
Current driver’s licence and White Card.
(Working at Heights / EWP tickets a bonus — or willing to obtain.)
