MW Marine has been proudly serving the Australian Boating Market for over 15 years representing brands including Jeanneau, Four Winns, Wellcraft and Prestige, along with quality pre-owned vessels.

What You’ll Do:

Source and list quality used boats for sale, assisting clients in both buying and selling pre-owned vessels.
Source leads and drive sales for our new boat brands, including conducting boat showings, sea trials, and attending industry events.
Develop lasting client relationships by offering expert guidance on our boats, assisting them through every stage of the purchasing process—from initial inquiry to final handover and beyond.
Collaborate with our marketing and sales team to generate leads and close deals.

- Prepare and manage online listings, including coordinating photography and marketing assets.
Provide aftermarket support and ensure a seamless ownership experience to foster long-term client relationships.
Maintain a deep understanding of our brands and their unique selling points.
Complete general sales and ad hoc tasks as needed to support business operations, including administrative duties
Help develop a sales network with our national brands

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in sales (marine, automotive, real estate or luxury goods preferred).
Experience with boating and confidence in operating vessels (on-water handling required)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
Availability to work weekends and attend industry events as required.
A valid driver’s licence and boat licence.
