Bathers' Pavilion is Sydney's most iconic beachside restaurant located at Balmoral Beach just 20 minutes from the city. It operates with a 2 hatted Restaurant, busy upmarket Bistro, Thai Restaurant, Function Room, takeaway Kiosk and Art Gallery.
We are looking for a full-time friendly and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for our two hatted restaurant who is passionate about the industry.
Must have full working rights for Australia. We see this as a long term position so no student or working holiday visas.
Must hold a current New South Wales RSA.
Bathers' is accessible via public transport or there is street parking in the vicinity. Staff meals are provided each day and during the warmer months you can also go for a swim in your break.

Work alongside Sydney’s best chefs - In the Restaurant, work with one of Sydney’s best chefs Aaron Ward (Ex ShellHouse, Sixpenny) who was recently awarded two hats in the 2024 SMH Good Food Guide Awards.
From our Bistro, Perry Hill has worked in the kitchens of Luke Mangan and also the likes of MG Garage, The Botanica Vaucluse and The Boathouse on Blackwattle Bay. Internationally he has worked for Ruthie Rogers and Rose Gray at the famed River Café London.
