As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety standards. Task & responsibilities

Prepare, cook and plate dishes according to menu specifications
Design and plan menus considering dietary requirements, ensuring a balance between traditional flavors and modern dietary trends;
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Qualification & experience

Diploma of Hospitality Management together with a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery are required
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or catering environment, ideally more than 12 months
Strong knowledge of food safety practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
