Strong leadership and organisational skills 

RSA knowledge and compliance experience 

 

Waiter Supervisor 

Salary: $65,037 – $75,000 per annum 

Duties: 

Supervise and coordinate waitstaff 

Train and mentor front-of-house staff 

Manage service flow and resolve issues 

Operate POS and support stock control 

Essential Requirements: 

Minimum 2 years’ hospitality supervisory experience 

Experience managing staff and rosters 

Strong communication and customer service skills 

 

Bar Attendant Supervisor 

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per annum 

Duties: 

Supervise and train bar staff 

Assist with rostering and reconciliation 

Coordinate stocktakes 

Ensure RSA and licensing compliance

Current RSA certification
