We are looking for experienced and dedicated full time Cook/Chef to join our kitchen team. They must be committed to exceeding our customers' expectations whilst leading a professional and hardworking team.
The eligible candidate will be performing the following duties:
CHEF: Lead and manage the kitchen operations, create menus, prepare dishes and ensure high quality food presentation.
COOK: Food preparation, cooking and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
The successful candidate will have:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience (2 years preferred) as a Chef/Cook in a busy café/restaurant/pub/take away environment.
· Highly developed culinary skills and a passion for food
· Have an ability to handle pressure in a professional manner
· Be a team player
· Must hold relevant qualifications (Diploma or equivalent for Chef and Certificate IV or equivalent qualification for Cook.)
The successful candidates will be offered:
Competitive salary with yearly reviews. Salary will start from $75,000 per year plus superannuation and higher depending on experience.
