Masala Bay is a modern Indian restaurant and bar in Cowes, Phillip Island (VIC 3922), serving locals and the region’s high-volume visitor market. The venue offers contemporary presentations of traditional Indian cuisine (curries, tandoor and grill, biryanis, street-food inspired starters) alongside an approachable bar program including Indian-inspired cocktails, premium spirits, and a mix of local and Indian beers. Masala Bay’s vision is to become Phillip Island’s leading modern Indian dining destination, known for consistent food quality, warm service, and a strong bar offering.
