Position: Full-Time Retail Manager (2 Positions Available)

Locations:

• Summer Hill, NSW

• Orange, NSW

Hours: 38 hours per week

V & M DEEB ENTERPRISES PTY LTD mange the  operations of two franchise outlets of Red Rooster located in Summer Hill NSW and Orange NSW. Both outlets provide dine-in, takeaway and delivery services and operate extended trading hours across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Due to operational growth and business requirements, the company is seeking two experienced Retail Managers, each responsible for independently managing one retail outlet.

Employment Conditions

Full-time permanent positions (38 hours per week)

Availability required across weekdays, weekends and public holidays

Applicants must have full working rights in Australia


Benefits

Salary: $77,000 – $80,000 per annum plus superannuation


Task & responsibilities

Managing day-to-day operations of the allocated retail outlet

Supervising, training and performance managing staff

Preparing and managing staff rosters

Managing stock ordering, inventory control and supplier liaison

Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to improve revenue

Controlling budgets, monitoring expenses and maintaining profitability

Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

Ensuring compliance with food safety and franchise operational standards

Managing customer service standards and resolving complaints

Overseeing cash handling, reconciliation and banking procedures

Preparing operational and performance reports


Qualification & experience

Diploma level qualification (or higher) in Business, Retail Management or a related field

One + years of relevant retail management experience

Experience managing staff in a high-volume retail or hospitality environment

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Experience in stock control and financial management

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
