Royce Hotel is seeking an experienced, motivated Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Reporting to senior management, the Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing front office operations, supervising staff, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring financial and operational performance targets are achieved.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring strong leadership capability and operational management experience within the hospitality industry.

Task & responsibilities

  • Plan, organise and control the overall operations of the hotel
  • Oversee front office, housekeeping, and guest services to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management
  • Monitor budgets, control expenditure, and ensure financial targets are met
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve escalated complaints professionally
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, WHS, and hospitality regulations
  • Prepare operational reports, including occupancy, revenue, and performance analysis
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
  • Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency


Qualification & experience

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field (preferred), or
  • At least 2 years of relevant full-time managerial experience in hotel operations
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and front office systems
  • Experience managing teams across multiple departments
  • Financial management, budgeting, and reporting capability
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment
