Task & responsibilities

Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes using various kitchen quality equipment, ensuring impeccable presentation and consistent flavour.

Ensuring all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to health and safety regulations 

Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain efficient kitchen operations

Providing excellent customer service by delivering meals on time and to highest standard. 

Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus and special dishes. 

Working across breakfast and lunch service with a rotational roster.

Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, always maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Assist in planning and executing special events and functions, delivering memorable culinary experiences for guests. 

Qualification & experience

Relevant qualification plus at least 1 year of relevant experience 

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques

Excellent time management and organisational abilities 

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment. 

Experience in high-volume service preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills
