Stalactites Greek Restaurant is looking for experienced Chefs and Cooks to join its busy team at one of Melbourne’s most iconic and favourite restaurants. This is an excellent opportunity for self-driven, well organised, hands-on culinary professionals who want to boost their career and be part of a successful team.

CHEFS: Lead and manage the kitchen operations, create menus, and ensure high quality food presentation.

COOKS: Food preparation, cooking and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

The successful candidate will have:

· Minimum of 1 year of experience (2 years preferred) as a Chef/Cook in a busy café/restaurant/take away environment.

· Highly developed culinary skills and a passion for food

· Have an ability to handle pressure in a professional manner

· Be a team player

· Must hold relevant qualifications. Diploma or equivalent for Chefs and Certificate IV orequivalent qualification for Cooks.
