Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the front-of-house team and ensure high standards of customer service and dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Planning and organising dining services and special functions
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• Monitoring and maintaining high standards of customer service
• Selecting, training, and supervising restaurant staff
• Managing staff rosters and coordinating front-of-house operations
• Liaising with kitchen staff regarding menu planning and food preparation
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety regulations

Skills and Experience

• Relevant Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service standards, and team management
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Reliable, organised, and able to lead and motivate a team
