With venues in Midland, Bunbury, Dalyellup and Eaton, Last Slice is seeking experienced and motivated Restaurant Managers to oversee daily operations and lead our teams in delivering dining experiences. 

These are full-time positions and the successful candidates will play a key role in managing staff, maintaining operational standards, and driving customer satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Task & responsibilities

• Collaborate with Chefs on menu planning, pricing, and seasonal updates
• Organise and coordinate events, functions, and group bookings
• Manage purchase, supplier relationships, and pricing strategies in line with budgets
• Monitor stock levels, control inventory, and maintain accurate financial records
• Ensure the venue complies with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and functionality of dining areas
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with food and service
• Recruit, train, roster, and supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff
• Oversee daily service operations, including reservations, guest greeting, and order coordination

Qualification & experience

• Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management 
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager, or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in managing restaurant operations, staff, and customer service
• Sound knowledge of budgeting, stock control, and financial reporting
• Understanding of food safety standards and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
