The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, preparing and presenting high-quality authentic Thai cuisine, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in Thai cuisine, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Task & responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation activities.
• Develop and update menu items, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.

Qualification & experience

• Relevant culinary degree or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Chef
• Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership skills
