• Preparing and cooking a variety of food items across different service periods
• Performing different cooking methods
• Assist management in planning menus
• Organise required food supplies
• Safe use of all kitchen equipment
• Stock rotation(FIFO) skills 
• Works to minimize any food wastage
• Provides leadership and guidance to oter kitchen staff

Qualification & experience

Required Qualification & Experience are:

• Diploma/Trade Qualifications in Commercial cooking field 
• A minimum of one - five years’ of commercial cooking experience
• Adequate knowledge of all culinary dishes 
• Be able to work in a team environment
