food preparation and service matters with management, kitchen and waiting staff</li><li>Demonstrate cooking techniques and advise kitchen staff on appropriate cooking procedures</li><li>Monitor stock food safety and hygiene requirements</li></ul> <h3>Qualification & experience</h3><ul><li>AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality or a relevant field, or equivalent qualification and/or relevant industry experience&nbsp;</li><li>Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant or similar hospitality environment, with demonstrated skills relevant to barista, food and beverage service or front-of-house operations&nbsp;</li><li>Barista candidates should have practical experience and be able to confidently operate commercial coffee equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Waiter candidates should have experience taking orders, serving food and beverages and providing professional table and customer service&nbsp;</li><li>Supervisory candidates should have relevant hospitality experience with the ability to coordinate staff, support daily operations and maintain consistent service standards&nbsp;</li><li>Strong communication, customer service and teamwork skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a busy hospitality environment&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Reliable and organised, with the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required</li></ul>
