The role involves preparing high-quality meals, overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring a clean and efficient kitchen environment. The Chef will be responsible for menu planning, ingredient sourcing, food quality control, and coordinating kitchen staff to ensure consistently high standards of food and service. Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen are required.
