The position is a specialised Cook role with particular responsibility for the preparation and cooking of tandoori dishes and other Indian cuisine using a commercial tandoor, while also undertaking the broader food preparation and cooking duties associated with the occupation of Cook.Working under the direction of the Head Chef, the successful applicant will prepare, season and cook food in accordance with established recipes, portion requirements, food-quality standards, presentation expectations and food-safety procedures.
