Gallagher Insurance Services is a locally owned and operated general insurance broking firm. Well respected and with over 35 years' experience in the industry, our business provides commercial, rural and domestic insurance to a wide range of clients throughout Australia.
We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic person to join our administration team.
This full-time position will allow you the opportunity to grow and develop your administration skills in a fast-paced environment. 
About the Role: - Providing administrative support to our Brokers regarding customer accounts, policy administration and claims handling. - Communicating with clients via phone, email and face to face meetings to manage client's insurance queries and requests. - Preparing and managing insurance policy documentation. - Performing reception duties including data entry, banking &amp; mail. - Assisting with insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificate of currency and endorsements.  - Assisting with claim management and reporting.
The role is varied and will provide experience in many aspects of the insurance industry, with a large focus on providing the highest level of customer service.
Experience in the insurance industry would be a definite advantage, however applicants with a previous background in office administration will also be considered. Extensive on-the-job training will be provided as well support to complete your Tier 1 qualifications with the opportunity to continue with further qualifications through the Australian &amp; New Zealand Institute of Insurance &amp; Finance.
The successful applicant will have:
