Looking for a Casual/Part time dental receptionist& assistant to join our team and to also take charge of clinical and administration tasks as required. (3-4 days including Mondays, Wednesdays ,Thursdays and Fridays working mainly at Narre Warren clinic, and as required at our Doncaster clinic. • Immediate start available for the right person for 3-4 days/week Hourly Rate based on experience Responsibilities and Duties  High level of work ethic and flexibility with work hours  High level of organizational skills, computer skills and time management  Ability to implement and follow guidelines and directions, multi-task and work within a fast paced, team environment  Strong attention to detail and to the needs of the dentists  Preparation and chair side assistance for all dental procedures  Sterilization procedure and high standards of infection control  Excellent phone manners and interpersonal skills dealing with patients, and team members  Excellent ability to perform administrative tasks including but not limited to managing appointment book, incoming and outgoing phone calls and inquiries, process accounts and stock orders Qualifications and Skills  Previous experience as a dental assistant and receptionist, minimum of 3 years  Certificate III in Dental assisting or equivalent is preferred but not essential for the right candidate  Proficient in D4W and /or EXACT softwares and HICAPS  Superior customer service, a highly professional manner and willingness to be trained  Excellent computer skills (including but not limited to Word & Excel) is required  Orthodontic & dental implant assisting experience is desirable but not essential  Proactive attitude and willing to work as part of a team.
