We are seeking an experienced Fast Food Store Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver excellent customer service, efficient stock control and strong business performance.The Store Manager will take responsibility for the overall operation of the store, including staff supervision, sales performance, inventory control, customer service, compliance and financial administration. <h3>Benefits</h3>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A permanent, full-time management position.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Competitive salary plus superannuation.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The opportunity to lead an established and growing food retail operation.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A supportive working environment with genuine responsibility and autonomy. <h3>Task & responsibilities</h3>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Plan, organise and manage the store’s daily operations.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Recruit, train, roster, supervise and support store employees.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor sales, expenses, staffing levels and operational performance.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain appropriate stock levels and coordinate purchasing from suppliers.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Receive, inspect and manage stock while minimising waste and shortages.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Implement pricing, promotional and merchandising strategies.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure the store is presented professionally and operates efficiently.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor cash handling, point-of-sale transactions and daily reconciliations.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare operational, sales, stock and financial reports.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety and employment requirements.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Establish and maintain procedures for security, loss prevention and stock control.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Liaise with suppliers, employees and management to improve store performance. <h3>Qualification & experience</h3>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Diploma or higher qualification in retail management, business, hospitality management or a related field.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At least three years of relevant retail or food-store management experience.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated experience supervising and developing employees.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong knowledge of stock control, purchasing and operational procedures.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Sound financial, administrative and reporting skills.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving abilities.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent customer service and communication skills.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
