About the roleWe are seeking enthusiastic Waitstaff to join our team at Ilma Beach House in Naturaliste, WA. This position will involve providing exceptional customer service and beverage preparation in a friendly and welcoming environment. As part of our team, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests. This is not a FIFO position and will require the successful candidate to live and work in the Southwest region of WA.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional table service, assisting guests throughout their dining experience and working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.What you'll be doing<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Providing a warm, friendly and attentive welcome to all guests and contributing to an exceptional guest experience</li><li>Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests, always going above and beyond</li><li>Taking food and beverage orders from customers and delivering them in a timely and courteous manner</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked front of house area</li><li>Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed</li><li>Following all health, safety and hygiene protocols</li><li>Set the Restaurant in open, close and re-set procedures</li></ul>What we're looking for<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Previous experience in a similar hospitality role, such as waiter/waitress</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Ability to work effectively as part of a team</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Proficient in operating coffee machines and bar equipment</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, presentation and service</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays</li></ul>What we offerAt Ilma Beach House, we are committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
