An exciting opportunity exists for a full time Receptionist/Marketing Coordinator to be a part of a results-proven Real Estate Sales Team.
Prior experience in real estate industry or IT background would be a great advantage. Being the face of the company, we require candidates to be professional, friendly, a team player and possess an ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced environment. Training and support will be provided to the right applicant.
Your key responsibilities include and are not limited to:
·   Front Desk Reception: First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors  - including all clients, customers &amp; delivery persons;
·   Answering and directing calls;
·   Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail;
·   Front of house, kitchen and conference room presentation;   
·   Making tea and coffee for clients, arranging and preparing documents for meetings;
·   Advertisement booking and photos uploading;
·   General office administration including file filling, scanning, photocopying, maintaining office supplies, and organizing catering for internal events
·    Management of all staff lists and databases;
·   Providing general administrative support to property manager and accounts department.  
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
·      Intermediate computer and software skills
·      Previous experience in a reception / administration role (Preferable)
·      Professional and polite telephone manner (Essential);
·      Able to multitask and manage time;
·      Excellent (written &amp; verbal) communication skills in both Chinese &amp; English
·      Excellent interpersonal skills
·      Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills;
·      Have a 'can do' attitude and really want to take on this role and make it your own
·      The ability to work autonomously in a small team environment
