Applicants without a relevant formal qualification should have at least three years of relevant experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen environment.You will have strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, menu execution, food safety and hygiene practices, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistent food quality and presentation. You must be reliable, organised, able to coordinate kitchen tasks and work effectively as part of a team. Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is required.
