This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy, team-driven environment that prides itself on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, high-quality food, and outstanding customer service in one of Victoria's most picturesque alpine regions.CHEFS:Lead and manage kitchen operations, contribute to menu creation, prepare, and present dishes to a high standard, oversee stock control, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.COOKS:Food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Assist with stock rotation, cleaning schedules, and supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.The successful candidates will have:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience (2 years preferred) as a Chef/Cook in a busy hotel, restaurant, cafe, or hospitality environment.</li><li>Highly developed culinary skills and a genuine passion for food and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Ability to handle pressure in a professional and calm manner during peak service times.</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.</li><li>Hold relevant qualifications (Diploma or equivalent for Chefs and Certificate IV or equivalent for Cooks).</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices (HACCP desirable).</li><li>Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak seasonal periods as required.</li></ul><h3 style="margin-left:0cm;">How to Apply</h3>If you are a passionate and dedicated Chef/Cook looking for your next opportunity in Bright, we would love to hear from you.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
