What You’ll Be Doing
This is a dynamic, dual role where you’ll have the opportunity to be hands-on in both patient care and front desk operations.
Clinical (Dental Assistant) Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments</li>
<li>Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments are properly sterilized</li>
<li>Take X-rays (if certified) and update patient records</li>
<li>Support infection control and ensure a clean, safe environment</li>
<li>Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after their appointments</li>
</ul>
Administrative (Receptionist) Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Greet and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude</li>
<li>Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments</li>
<li>Manage patient files, insurance claims, and payments</li>
<li>Help coordinate daily office flow and maintain a smooth schedule</li>
</ul>
✅ What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Dental Assistant Certification (Level I or II) preferred But not Essential for right Candidate.
</li>
<li>Previous dental office experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person!</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail</li>
<li>Comfortable using dental software (we can train)</li>
<li>A true team player who enjoys helping others</li>
</ul>
